| Integrations | The documentation describes more than 1,000 integrations through built-in connectors, MCP servers and Composio. | Documented integrations include OpenAI, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock, Vercel AI SDK, LangChain, Claude Code, Slack, GitHub, Linear, webhooks, and OpenTelemetry. |
| Legal entity | The terms identify the company as Agentatech UG (haftungsbeschränkt), registered at Rudi-Dutschke-Str. 23, Berlin, Germany. | The terms identify the provider as LATITUDE DATA, S.L., incorporated in Spain with Tax ID B09930660 and a Barcelona registered address. |
| Observability | The pricing page lists traces for agent runs, execution logs and errors, version history, evaluations, and token usage with estimated model costs. | It records traces and spans for LLM calls, tool calls, retrieval, tokens, cost, latency, and errors, grouping related traces into sessions. |
| SDKs | The quick-start documentation provides a Python SDK installed with pip and JavaScript/TypeScript API examples. | The project provides TypeScript and Python telemetry SDKs and supports any OpenTelemetry-compatible runtime. |
| Self-hosting | Self-hosting uses Docker and Docker Compose, with an optional Kubernetes Helm deployment documented separately. | Self-hosting is supported from a Docker Compose single host to a Kubernetes cluster using Helm, with Railway deployment also documented. |
| System requirements | The local setup requires Docker and Docker Compose; insufficient Docker memory can cause the web container to restart. | The development setup requires Git, Docker and Docker Compose, Node.js, and pnpm; tmux and tmuxinator are optional recommendations. |
| Tracing | Agenta records model and tool calls with token counts, latency, estimated costs, logs and errors. | Latitude traces agent interactions as spans and groups related traces into sessions for reviewing multi-turn conversations. |
| What it does | Agenta is a collaborative workspace for building AI agents and automations through chat, with cloud or self-hosted deployment. | Latitude monitors production AI agents, identifies recurring failures, and can dispatch coding agents to implement fixes. |

In their own words
Agenta
Agenta is an open-source workspace for teams building and automating AI coworkers. Teams can interact with agents in Slack or Telegram, start from templates for engineering, customer support, sales, company knowledge, and operations, and run them on a schedule or in response to events. Its observability tools include traces, logs, errors, version history, evaluations, and token usage with estimated model costs. Agenta connects with services such as Slack, Notion, GitHub, HubSpot, Google Drive, Linear, Zendesk, and Discord, and supports more than 1,000 integrations. Listed model providers include OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral, and others. Cloud Hobby is free and allows two team members and 5,000 runs monthly; runs stop at that limit. Pro costs $29 a month and includes 10,000 runs monthly, with extra runs priced at $5 per additional 10,000. Model-provider charges are separate. Self-hosting is available, with users operating the application, storage, runner, upgrades, and backups in their own infrastructure. A mobile app supports agent conversations, approvals, and workspace management.
Latitude
Latitude is an open-source, MIT-licensed platform for monitoring and improving production AI agents. It records agent interactions as spans and groups related traces into sessions for reviewing multi-turn conversations. Observe tools expose model providers, models, tokens, latency, cost, errors, tool calls, user activity, and agent memory. Semantic search, behavior clustering, and signals help locate recurring failures; monitors can watch signals, saved searches, or raw traffic and notify users in-app, by email, or through Slack. Failing traces can become datasets for local simulation and regression testing, while evaluations monitor live traffic for regressions. Latitude offers managed cloud and self-hosted deployment, including Docker Compose and Kubernetes options. Its setup guide names TypeScript and Python SDKs and recommends an OpenTelemetry exporter for other languages. The free Starter plan includes 20K credits per month and 30-day data retention. Pro costs $99.00 per month and includes 100K credits monthly and 90-day retention. Latitude says hosted customer data and managed inference are processed in AWS eu-central-1 in Frankfurt, Germany.
