Overview

Agentsite brings a branded property website, inquiry handling and AI writing tools into one web platform. It suits Toronto solo agents and small teams that want those jobs together. Its main trade-off is that live property search depends on outside access, while AI and broader site capabilities sit on higher-priced tiers.

Agents can choose and customize real estate layouts, publish posts and media, and collect forms, listing inquiries, chat leads and showing requests in a dashboard. Follow-up tasks, filters, email notifications and CSV export give agents a way to organize those contacts; this is a useful workflow, though not a substitute for the advanced routing, dialers, permissions or automation that enterprise teams may need from a larger CRM suite.

Live listing search requires an approved provider and the necessary board, brokerage and provider access. AMPRE-powered search is supported when access is ready; manual listings offer a way to populate a site in the meantime. Agentsite also supports bilingual templates for English- and Chinese-speaking clients.

Key features

Website design: The 53-template library, template switching and controls for brand colors and fonts offer room to establish a distinct agent identity. The Website Only tier has just three templates, so the full selection requires Starter or above.
Lead workflow: Forms, listing inquiries, chat and showing requests flow into one dashboard. Tasks, email notifications, filters and export make follow-up more manageable for individual agents and small teams.
AI assistance: Pro adds content generation, lead qualification and a reply assistant, while AI can also draft listing descriptions, summarize leads, suggest follow-ups, create SEO metadata and rewrite content. These capabilities are excluded from Free, Website Only and Starter, so agents seeking AI must budget for Pro.
Search, SEO and measurement: Alongside provider-dependent live search, tenant sites include sitemap support, JSON-LD, Open Graph tags and AI-assisted metadata. Built-in analytics cover traffic, lead sources, page performance and engagement.
Site operations: Custom domains include free SSL, and the templates are responsive across phones, tablets and desktops. Social links can be added for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.

Pricing

Agentsite has a free tier, paid monthly plans and a 14-day trial. Annual billing is also offered at the stated totals below; check the billing term before choosing between monthly and yearly payment.

Free — free: Includes an Agentsite-path URL, contact form and lead capture, with up to five posts. No AI. It is a low-commitment way to establish a basic presence, but the post cap and lack of AI limit it as a fuller marketing setup.
Website Only — 29.00 CAD per month: Includes three templates, contact forms and lead capture, manual listings and sold-property proof, but no live search or AI. Billed yearly for $299. It fits an agent who needs a simple site and can manage listings manually, not one who needs integrated search.
Starter — 49.00 CAD per month: Includes one website with a subdomain or custom domain, the 53-template library, posts, videos, a media library, lead capture, Task Center and email notifications. Billed yearly for $499. This is the stronger choice for agents who want a fuller branded site and follow-up tools; AI remains excluded.
Pro — 99.00 CAD per month: Adds AI settings and chatbot controls, content generation, lead qualification and reply assistance to Starter. Billed yearly for $999. It is the entry point for agents who want AI in the lead and content workflow.
Team — 199.00 CAD per month: Adds the highest AI feature access, newsletter sending and team follow-up scaling to Pro. Billed yearly for $1999. It suits teams that need those additional capabilities; it is a substantial step up from Pro for agents who do not.

The lower tiers keep costs down by withholding AI, and Website Only also gives up live search and most of the template library. Choose around the actual workflow needed rather than assuming every tier includes the same search or automation.

Platforms

Agentsite runs on the web. Its responsive templates are intended to work on phones, tablets and desktops.

Who it's for

Agentsite is most compelling for Toronto agents, particularly solo practitioners and small teams, who want a real estate site, lead capture and organized follow-up in one service. It is a poorer fit for enterprise teams that depend on advanced CRM routing, dialers, permissions or automation, or for agents who need live search before their provider access is in place.

Pros and cons

Pros

Site and lead tools are combined: Inquiries from several channels can be managed alongside follow-up tasks and notifications.
Meaningful upgrade path: Starter expands the template choice and media tools; Pro adds AI, and Team adds newsletters and team follow-up scaling.
Local and bilingual fit: Toronto-oriented workflows and English/Chinese templates serve a defined audience.
Search can start manually: Agents can use manual listings while working toward approved-provider access.

Cons

Live search has dependencies: It cannot be treated as ready until board, brokerage and provider access are arranged.
AI is gated: Even Starter excludes it, making Pro the minimum tier for AI content and lead assistance.
Entry plans are constrained: Free allows five posts, while Website Only has three templates and no live search or AI.
Enterprise CRM needs may exceed its scope: The product itself points teams needing advanced routing, dialers, permissions or automation toward a larger CRM suite.

Alternatives

For a broader shortlist of options, see Real Estate Website Builders.

RealBuilder Web is worth comparing if a 14-day free start and a one-user license are central to the decision; its listed Premium plan is annual.
RealFoyer is the alternative to examine if Android and iOS access matter alongside web, with a Starter plan at 39.00 USD per month for 1,000 RF Credits.
Placester may suit buyers focused on a per-active-site charge: its Active agent site plan is 5.00 USD per month for each active site, charged only for launched sites and prorated for time used.
AgentFire is another paid, web-based alternative with a free trial.
Openfront Law Firm is a freemium alternative with API, self-hosted and web platforms.
BrokerageSpace offers a paid web option with a Visionary Agent plan at 14.99 USD per month and a seven-day free trial.
Luxury Presence is a paid alternative with web, Android and iOS platforms; its Launch plan uses a 12-month agreement.
Brivity is a paid alternative spanning web, iOS and Android, with plans including Growth, Accelerate and Expand.

Verdict

Choose Agentsite if you are a Toronto solo agent or small team looking to bring a property website, lead capture and follow-up together, and can work within the tier that matches your needs. Its strongest case is the combination of site-building and lead tools, with AI available at Pro and above. Look elsewhere if live search must work before provider access is ready, if you need AI on a lower-cost plan, or if your team depends on enterprise CRM controls.
