In their own words
Agicap
Agicap connects banking and accounting flows for cash management, forecasting, payments, collections and bank reconciliation. It can project cash positions up to 13 weeks ahead using actual data, and bring cash flows together across banks, finance software and entities. Cash-balancing suggestions can inform transfers. The platform centralizes transactions and supports payments worldwide in any currency; receivables tools support collections, while payables tools help automate purchasing processes and control expenses. Agicap says it can match bank transactions with open invoices and trigger journal posting. Listed integrations include Oracle NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, SAP and Microsoft Dynamics, alongside custom API and SFTP options. A phone app includes balance and transaction views, dashboards, push notifications, approvals and reimbursements. Agicap is available on Android, iOS and web, with an API. The company is headquartered in Lyon, France, and was founded in 2016. There is no free plan; pricing is on request, with an annual offer and a 12-month minimum subscription. A 24-hour free trial is offered.
Float
Float turns data from connected accounting software into rolling cash flow forecasts for finance teams. It offers weekly and 13-week views, plus monthly forecasts that extend up to three years on Growth and Scale. Users can adjust income and costs, model scenarios and estimate new-hire costs before committing. Float shows invoices and bills with expected payment dates based on when clients actually pay. Its current accounting integrations are Xero and QuickBooks Online; a direct Sage Intacct connection is described as coming soon. Float does not connect directly to banks: bank transaction data comes through the connected accounting platform. Data syncs every 24 hours, with manual sync also available. Teams can comment on budget lines, invoices, bills and payments, tag colleagues and receive mention notifications. Admin, Editor and Viewer roles govern access. Float lists encryption in transit and at rest, multi-factor authentication, role-based access and independent auditing to the UK government-backed Cyber Essentials standard. The web service has no free plan; pricing starts at $105/mo (annual), with a 14-day trial. Essentials forecasts up to 12 months; Growth and Scale cover 36 months.
