Overview

Agicap is a cash-management platform for finance teams, treasurers and decision-makers managing funds across banks or entities. It combines short-term forecasting with payment, collection and reconciliation workflows. It is a stronger fit for teams seeking an operational finance hub than for buyers who only need a standalone forecast.

Key features

Agicap projects cash positions up to 13 weeks ahead using actual data and supports scenario planning. That horizon helps with near-term cash decisions, but teams planning farther out should weigh the 13-week limit against their needs. Direct bank feeds, ERP integrations and API data imports support bringing financial data into the platform.

Cash flows can be centralized across banks, finance software and entities. Users can act on cash-balancing suggestions by initiating transfers, which makes the platform useful for teams that need to manage liquidity as well as monitor it. Payments are centralized and supported worldwide in any currency.

Accounts receivable tools support collections, while accounts payable tools automate purchasing processes and help control expenses. Agicap also matches bank transactions to open invoices and can trigger automatic journal posting. Together, these workflows give finance teams a broader treasury toolset than forecasting alone.

Connections include Oracle NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, SAP and Microsoft Dynamics; custom API and SFTP options are also described. The phone app provides balance and transaction views, dashboards, push notifications, and approval and reimbursement features. Agicap says it is ISO 27001:2022 certified, complies with GDPR, and encrypts data in transit and at rest. Data is hosted in Google Cloud Platform data centers in Belgium.

Pricing

Agicap uses custom pricing, with no free plan. The annual offer requires a minimum 12-month subscription, so buyers should confirm the cost and fit before committing; cancellation is possible before renewal. A 24-hour free trial is offered, and the cloud-based product requires no download. Customers can review the solution with an expert, and a custom demo request receives contact from a dedicated expert within the hour.

The Agicap subscription has no displayed price, so prospective customers must request pricing rather than compare a published rate. The trial is brief, and the annual minimum makes this less suitable for buyers seeking an ongoing free tier or a short commitment.

Platforms

Agicap runs on web, iOS and Android, and provides an API. The mobile app's balance and transaction views, dashboards, notifications and approval and reimbursement features extend selected cash workflows beyond the desktop.

Who it's for

Agicap suits finance teams, treasurers and decision-makers who need daily cash management across banks, finance software or multiple entities, especially when they also want payments, collections and reconciliation in the same platform. It is less compelling for a buyer whose main requirement is forecasting beyond 13 weeks or who needs predictable published pricing before evaluating a tool.

Pros and cons

Pro: Forecasting, scenario planning, payments, collections and reconciliation sit within one platform, supporting teams that want to connect planning with daily cash operations.
Pro: Multi-entity support, direct bank feeds and connections to major accounting and ERP products help serve finance operations spanning multiple systems.

Con: The forecast horizon is up to 13 weeks, a constraint for teams that need longer-term cash projections.
Con: Custom pricing and a minimum 12-month subscription make costs harder to assess before purchase and limit flexibility for short-term needs.
Con: The free trial lasts 24 hours, giving buyers little time to evaluate the platform before deciding.
