In their own words

AgilePoint NX

AgilePoint NX is a composable platform for coordinating enterprise systems and AI through governed workflows. Its visual, model-driven tools let teams build and run applications without compilation or a virtual machine. Workflows can be changed while active, with options including rollback, pause and resume, splitting, merging, partial rework, and migration in progress without redeployment. The platform lists more than 1,200 reusable assets from over 120 systems, including Salesforce, SAP, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Jira, OpenAI, and AWS services. NX v10 can create application experiences from images, PDFs, mockups, documents, and external data. Its MCP Server allows compatible agents to trigger workflows, while the AI Control Tower provides governance and oversight of AI process behavior. Security features include field-level encryption with customer-managed keys and API key management. Deployment options include on-premises, private cloud, SaaS, and hybrid configurations. A Community Edition is listed for up to 25 named users and two applications. Paid plans start at $39 a month per named user, with a 50-seat minimum; a 30-day trial is listed.

Anvil

Anvil is an online IDE for building and deploying full-stack web apps with Python. It pairs a drag-and-drop interface designer with client-side and server-side Python, and includes Data Tables, a built-in database backed by Postgres. Apps can be published to Anvil hosting or exported to run on the open-source Anvil App Server. Developers can create HTTP APIs and connect external Python code through Uplink. Built-in user authentication and app email support cover sending and receiving messages. Anvil documentation lists integrations for Google, Microsoft Entra ID, Facebook, Stripe and Tableau, and says Python SDKs can connect other services. Apps adapt to phones and tablets; the FAQ describes them as installable Progressive Web Apps for Android, iPhone and Chromebook, with offline operation. The Free plan includes unlimited apps and cloud hosting, but provides 50,000 Data Table rows and 100 MB of Data Table storage. Anvil says its hosted infrastructure is in London on AWS eu-west-2. It also says its API removes common flaws such as injection, XSS and CSRF.
