In their own words

Agiloft CLM

Agiloft CLM manages agreements from intake and negotiation through obligations and renewal in a governed system. Teams can configure workflows, approvals, data models, and automations without code. Its repository makes contracts searchable and reportable, while review tools compare clauses, identify risk, apply standards, and support negotiation. Agreements can be routed to stakeholders, with e-signature integrations and connected workflows. Agiloft lists more than 1,000 connectors, including Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Adobe Sign, DocuSign, Google Workspace, Word, and Outlook; APIs and custom integrations are also available for complex systems. The product is presented for legal, procurement, sales, finance, IT, and compliance teams, with packages described for small businesses, departments, and large enterprises. It runs on the web and offers API access. Agiloft states that it holds SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 27701 certifications, and that its hosted service uses redundant AWS infrastructure available inside or outside the United States. ContractWorks

ContractWorks is a cloud-based repository for storing, searching and tracking agreements. Its AI can identify details such as agreement type, parties, effective dates, renewal terms and notice windows; OCR and advanced search help locate contract information. Users can schedule custom reports and receive alerts about important dates. Built-in electronic signatures let recipients sign without a ContractWorks license or login. Administrators can assign permissions to invited users, and audit reports record users, dates, times and actions. ContractWorks says it is SOC 2 Type 2 compliant and uses 256-bit encryption for data in transit and at rest. It says its AWS data centers store information in multiple locations in the United States and European Union, with encrypted hourly backups. Listed integrations include Salesforce, Fujitsu ScanSnap and SAML 2.0 single sign-on. Standard costs $600 a month, billed annually, and includes unlimited users, 2,500 documents and five e-signature licenses. A 14-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan.
