AGINITY AI vs Tesa

AGINITY AI is a shopping assistant for online shops that helps customers find products and understand recommendations. It searches product catalogs using natural-language and semantic queries, supports follow-up questions, re-ranks results live, and lets shoppers compare products side by side. Seven specialized agents handle search, product advice, price filtering, compatibility, sales, margin, and customer communication. Agents can answer technical questions from product data and check compatibility, price, availability, and delivery times. AGINITY AI says it searches the complete catalog using verified data, and explains why products rank highly and how comparisons are made. Shop operators get analytics on search behavior, customer intent, catalog gaps, and optimization opportunities. Connections include Shopify, Magento, Shopware, and PrestaShop through a plugin, embed, or API; direct API access is also available. The maker says its cloud is GDPR-compliant, hosted in Frankfurt, and compliant with the EU AI Act. Starter plans are free, with a free proof of concept available.
