It stores versioned documents with metadata and structured files, and offers full-text search including OCR. Workflows and active folders can automate document processing and multi-step approvals. ALBERT | AI can use document context within a user's permission scope, with AI actions logged for review. The maker lists two-factor authentication and single sign-on, and says independent auditors confirm revision-safe archiving annually.
