In their own words
Agreements.ai
Agreements.ai provides AI-assisted contract analysis and creation, contract management, negotiation, and e-signatures on the web and through an API. Users can upload PDF, Word, or text contracts for risk scores, clause breakdowns, and recommendations. Its generator asks targeted questions, then lets users review, edit, and download a custom document. Signers can draw, type, or upload signatures; multi-party signing and real-time status tracking are supported. The service says its e-signatures comply with the ESIGN Act and UETA, and its audit trail includes timestamps, IP addresses, and signer authentication. The security page says customer documents are not used to train AI models and specifies 256-bit AES encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. The REST API supports documents, envelopes, templates, and webhooks; developer documentation lists 25 endpoints and connections for assistants including Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor. The Free plan includes unlimited documents, five monthly e-signatures, 5,000 analysis words, 50 templates, and PDF export. Pro is $20 a month; Business is $100 a month.
Contractbook
Contractbook is a cloud-based platform for teams to create, collaborate on, sign, centralize, track, and connect contracts. Users can prepare drafts with information from CRM systems, forms, or other tools, then work from pre-approved templates. Collaboration includes approval workflows, suggestions, comments, and version history. Electronic signatures support signing order, identity verification, and two-factor signing; recipients can complete signing without a Contractbook account. Existing contracts can be bulk imported, scanned, organized, searched, and managed with permissions, with data extraction available. Contract information can generate deadline and renewal reminders and customizable tasks after signing. Contractbook advertises more than 3,000 integrations, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Google Calendar, Slack, Zapier, and Make.com. It states that it is SOC 2 and GDPR compliant and describes security measures including encryption and regular black-box penetration testing. A free plan and 14-day trial are available. Centralize is listed at $399 a month and Growth at $599 a month, both billed annually.
