In their own words

Ahenora

Ahenora brings household tasks, a family calendar, meals, shopping, and school paperwork together for solo parents, co-parents, and busy households. Tasks can have reminders and repeat as routines; the calendar can import Google or Outlook events. Families can plan dinners, request AI recipe suggestions, share shopping lists, and track costs by month and shop. A scanned school letter or appointment card can become a task or saved document, and household files can be kept in a private vault. Family messaging includes a parent in every private conversation, with optional private accounts for ages 13–17. Co-parents can set alternating-week schedules, add hand-off notes, and take up tasks started by the other parent. Tasks, meals, lists, and household membership can be viewed offline; offline completions are sent when the connection returns. Ahenora runs on Android, iOS, and web, in English, French, Spanish, and German. Plans include a free option and paid monthly tiers from €1.99/mo; the listed pricing note says paid plans start at €6.99/mo.

TimeTree

TimeTree is a shared calendar app for coordinating schedules and plans with groups, available on Android, iOS, and the web. Its free plan includes calendar creation and sharing, multiple calendars, comments, photos, imports, and public calendars. Users can view several calendars together with filters or switch between them. External iOS or Android calendars can be displayed when synced with the device calendar, but those events are unavailable in the web version. Imported external events do not sync back from TimeTree, and TimeTree events cannot be exported to external calendars. Public calendar events appear on the web for anyone to view, with up to 20 public calendars per account. Premium costs $4.49 a month and adds an ad-free experience, file attachments, vertical event view, event priority, and dedicated support. Its one-month Premium trial is for first-time Premium users and converts to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before it ends. Premium is optional per account, with no shared subscription plan, and is non-refundable, though it can be ended at any time.
