In their own words
AI Detector Pro
AI Detector Pro is a web product for identifying signs of AI in documents and revising or humanizing text. For English documents, it highlights passages likely to trigger AI detectors and shows predicted text and overused AI phrases. Detection is listed for English, Spanish, French, Arabic, German, Korean, and Portuguese writing. AI Eraser suggests English wording changes, with a choice about how much to revise. Other tools include tone analysis, phraseology, and a pinpoint editor. The Free plan includes three AI scans per month and no humanizations. Basic allows 103 scans per month, while Unlimited provides unlimited scans; both list unlimited humanizations, multilingual detection, the editor and tone analysis, as well as Word and Google Docs plugins. API access requires an eligible subscription: report requests cost $0.09 per unit of up to 4,000 characters, and other endpoints are free. The company says user text may be shared with third-party AI models for core functionality. User content is automatically deleted at the beginning of the fourth month after entry, while documents created with the product remain until the user deletes them or the account is deleted. The site cautions that model randomness can lead to incorrect identifications or humanizations.
ScribeLens
ScribeLens analyzes writing for patterns associated with AI-generated text and explains its findings at sentence level. Each sentence receives a human-like, mixed, or AI-like classification, while flagged sentences include keywords describing the detected pattern. Users can paste text or upload PDF, DOCX, TXT, or Markdown files; extraction occurs in the browser. A scan handles up to 40,000 words. Guest checks work without an account, allowing 2,000 words per scan and 3,500 words daily. For academic documents, reference lists, citations, DOI and ISSN lines, publisher boilerplate, and declaration sections are excluded from scoring and displayed in reports. Reports export to PDF or DOCX. Verification links point to stored copies that expire after 180 days; otherwise, analysis remains in the browser session and clears when the tab closes. ScribeLens offers web and API access, with API keys required server-side. Its detection is probabilistic, does not identify a model or check plagiarism, and is not standalone proof. The Free plan is free with 35,000 monthly tokens and seven PDF exports; Pro is $9 a month, launching soon.
