Overview

Hosts choose a theme or style, then create a unique invitation for each guest with personalized names and messages. Bulk creation avoids producing every version separately, and the service says individual videos take seconds to generate while large batches are ready within minutes. That makes tailored invitations more practical for a large guest list, though the format is a poor fit for hosts who would rather send a simple, non-video invitation.

Invitations are shared as links through WhatsApp, iMessage, email, group chats, social posts or other channels that support links. RSVP tracking and guest-list management are included, guests see no advertisements, and cost does not scale with the number of guests. The free plan covers first invitations; larger guest lists and premium features require a paid plan.

Key features

Personalized video at batch scale

Distinct names and messages give each guest a more individual invitation, while bulk creation suits hosts managing a long list. Multiple themes and styles provide a choice of presentation before generation. The service is aimed at occasions including birthdays, weddings, baby showers and graduations, rather than general-purpose event planning.

RSVPs and link sharing

Keeping RSVP tracking and the guest list together reduces the need to manage responses separately. Link-based delivery works across several messaging and social channels, but recipients get a link rather than a stated native invitation delivery flow. The no-ad experience is a useful plus for guests.

Media and privacy

Uploaded photos, videos and other content may be processed to generate invitations, and may be shared with third-party AI providers including Google and Meta. Derived face data may also be processed, though the policy says it is not used to identify people. Original uploads are temporarily stored and deleted shortly after generation; generated videos remain until the account or content is deleted. Secure servers, technical and organizational safeguards, and UK GDPR legal bases are stated, but hosts should still consider whether guests’ personal media is appropriate to upload.

Pricing

AI Invites uses a freemium model. The Free plan is free and includes first invitations; larger guest lists and premium features require paid plans. No paid-plan prices or specific guest caps are given, so the free offer is most suitable for trying the service or a modest initial use, not for assuming a large event will be covered at no cost.

A notable pricing advantage is that charges do not rise with guest-list size. There is no stated trial length or renewal term to weigh against the free plan.

Platforms

AI Invites is available on Android, iOS and the web, giving hosts both mobile-app and browser access. Its listed delivery channels include WhatsApp, iMessage, email, group chats and social posts.

Who it's for

Choose AI Invites if a celebration calls for guest-specific video messages, you have enough invitees to benefit from bulk creation, and RSVP tracking alongside the guest list matters. It is less suitable if you want a broad event-management toolkit, conventional card invitations, or prefer not to send personal media through third-party AI processing.

Pros and cons

Pros: Per-guest names and messages can be generated in bulk, making personalization practical for a whole guest list.
Pros: RSVP tracking and guest-list management sit alongside invitation creation, and guests see no ads.
Pros: Pricing does not scale with guest count, and links can be shared through common messaging and social channels.
Cons: Uploaded media may be processed by Google, Meta and other AI providers; generated videos persist until deletion.
Cons: Link sharing and video generation may not suit hosts seeking traditional invitations or a wider event-planning service.

Alternatives

For a broader set of invitation options, browse AI Invitation Generators. Choose Evite instead if you prefer single-event packages with stated guest limits: its Silver plan is 17.99 USD per month for 12 guests, and Gold is 36.99 USD per month for 30 guests. Ambience AI is a web and API option with a free trial and credit-based plans, better suited to readers seeking AI-generation credits rather than a dedicated invitation-and-RSVP workflow.

Paperless Post is worth considering for card invitations with per-guest pricing: its free feature set covers the first 50 invitations by email or phone, while Basic costs 0.50 USD per once per guest. Choose Apple Invites if iOS and web access and an iCloud-based option are a better fit; its free iCloud 5GB plan has no Apple Invites access, while iCloud+ 50GB is 0.99 USD per month and includes full access. InviteOS offers iOS, macOS and web access, with a weekly option for short bursts and last-minute events at 5.99 USD per month, billed per week and auto-renewing until cancelled.

Pixivite may suit hosts who need image rather than video invitations: its free plan includes five AI generations, image output, 50 guests per event, email and WhatsApp delivery, and RSVP tracking and analytics. DigitalRSVPs is an alternative for web-based event management, with a free plan for up to three events and unlimited guests, three AI generations, and DigitalRSVPs branding. Partiful is another freemium option for readers who want a free core platform with optional paid invite designs and a fee on ticket purchases.

Verdict

AI Invites is a strong fit for hosts who want personalized video invitations for every guest without preparing each one individually, especially when RSVP management and link sharing are part of the job. Its bulk creation and guest-count-independent pricing are the main reasons to choose it. Look elsewhere if you need clear paid-plan costs and guest caps before committing, or if sharing personal media with third-party AI providers is not acceptable.
