In their own words
AI Review Sensor
AI Review Sensor brings reviews from Apple App Store, Google Play, and Google Business Profile into one web service. It analyzes sentiment, language, intent, and context to draft replies in the reviewer's language and configured brand voice. Replies stay as drafts unless a user activates Auto Send and sets rating, sentiment, confidence, and daily-limit rules. Low-star reviews and those flagged as spam or abuse are held for human approval, not automatically answered. Analytics surface rating trends, sentiment, complaints, feature requests, and performance by platform. Spam and abuse auto-flagging is available on Starter and Pro; the service notes that only the review platform can remove a review. The free plan includes unlimited apps and listings and 1,000 AI replies as a lifetime allowance. Starter costs $39.99 per month for 10,000 monthly replies; Pro costs $79.99 per month for unlimited replies. Facebook Pages, Instagram, and TikTok are described as coming soon. Apple setup requires an App Store Connect API key and.p8 file, while Google Play accounts need Reply to reviews permission.
Replzy
Replzy drafts and publishes AI-generated replies to Google Play and App Store reviews through the stores' official APIs. Its responses are contextual and brand-aligned, and users can set a separate manual-approval or automatic-publishing rule for each rating from 1★ to 5★; all ratings begin in manual approval. Scheduled automation retries failed publishing and stops when authentication errors occur. A failed publish is retried three times with backoff before being marked failed. Replzy tracks response rates, sentiment mix, and rating movement over time. Replies are generated in English, even for reviews in other languages, and store APIs expose only recent reviews, so the product may list fewer reviews than public counts. Store credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a key held in Google Secret Manager, and the site says they are never exposed to the browser. Users can export data as JSON with credentials redacted. Pricing is on request; the site offers 25 free replies without requiring a credit card.
