In their own words
AI Tech Secure Database Security
AI Tech Secure Database Security monitors database activity, identifies SAP-aware bypass patterns, and masks sensitive information. Live monitoring covers direct SQL changes, exports, privileged access, and bypass activity. The product lists 21 pre-built monitoring rules mapped to SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and 21 CFR Part 11. In SAP environments, database changes can be correlated with SAP T-codes and CDHDR/CDPOS change documents. Masking supports query-time dynamic protection and static masked copies for development, QA, and UAT. Listed controls include role-based policies, PII and PHI field catalogs, and a masking audit trail. Alerts include exports, bulk access, severity-based escalation, and SIEM integration readiness. Named databases are SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake, with additional platforms through the Connector Factory. Deployment is hybrid, and audit reporting and threat detection are listed capabilities. Pricing is on request through a direct B2B sales process.
TencentDB for MySQL Database Proxy
TencentDB for MySQL Database Proxy is a managed service positioned between an application and TencentDB for MySQL. Applications connect through a proxy address while the service routes reads to read-only instances and writes to the source instance. Connection pooling reduces the burden of frequent or excessive new connections, and transaction splitting can separate reads and writes within transactions. A multi-node cluster across availability zones supports failover. Proxy resources are isolated per instance, with stated capacity of up to 100,000 requests per second per proxy. Nodes can scale from 1 to 60, while request, CPU, and memory metrics are monitored at second-level granularity. Configuration can be hot-loaded after source switches, changes, or read-only instance changes without disconnecting or restarting. Access modes either balance connections across nodes or select a nearby node. Supported databases are MySQL 5.7, MySQL 8.0, and the TencentDB read-only analysis engine. The pay-as-you-go plan is listed at $0.07 a month, with regional CU pricing details.
