AI Voice Changer
AI Voice Changer is an open-source project for real-time voice conversion in streaming, gaming, content creation, and online communications. It supports Windows, macOS, and Linux, with a local web dashboard at localhost:8000 for switching models, adjusting audio settings, monitoring gain, and managing presets. Its conversion pipeline uses SoftVC, ContentVec, or HuBERT feature extraction with retrieval-based RVC models and pitch-guided conversion. Audio tools include noise suppression, voice activity detection, pitch correction, formant shifting, equalization, compression, and reverb. Virtual audio routing can connect output to OBS Studio, Discord, Zoom, Twitch, and other calling or streaming platforms. A FastAPI backend provides REST controls and real-time streaming over WebSockets. Custom voice training covers dataset preparation, pitch extraction, model training, and feature indexing; the training guide calls for at least 10 minutes of clean continuous speech. The README gives a 35–48 ms end-to-end delay target for specified hardware and supports CPU fallback, which can reach about 200 ms. It recommends a compatible NVIDIA GPU. The project describes imperceptible audio watermarks and instructs users to obtain documented consent before voice cloning, disclose AI voice synthesis, and avoid deceptive impersonation, fraud, and harassment.
