In their own words
Appointment Reminder
Appointment Reminder automates SMS, email and voice reminders for appointment-based businesses, syncing them with calendars. Clients can reply to confirm, cancel or reschedule, and those responses update the calendar. An embeddable website widget lets clients book appointments around the clock. Reporting covers confirmation rates, no-show rates and reminder performance.
Listed integrations include Google Calendar, Outlook and Microsoft 365, Apple iCloud Calendar, Teamup, Zoho Calendar, Redtail CRM, iCal feeds, Zoom and Google Meet. Plans start at $29/mo, and the 14-day free trial includes full access to the selected plan’s features. All listed plans include unlimited calendars. Each outgoing SMS or voice call counts as one reminder; email reminders and incoming patient replies are free and unlimited. The company says it encrypts stored data with AES-256 and data in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher. A signed Business Associate Agreement is available on paid plans at no additional cost. Its HIPAA page says it does not currently hold SOC 2 certification.
