Its automated planning builds routes and driver schedules while accounting for time windows, work times, load capacity, driver skills, and vehicle features. The native driver app for iOS and Android provides route details, navigation, and updates, and lets drivers record signatures, photos, and notes as proof of delivery. The app also provides real-time driver locations and estimated arrival times; customers can receive live order-tracking links. A REST-based Web Service API uses JSON, requires an authentication key, and is available on all price plans. It can connect OptimoRoute with systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, Zapier, Salesforce, Zoho, and Shopify. A free 30-day trial is available without installation or a credit card. Lite costs $35.10 a month per driver, billed annually, and allows up to 700 orders at once. Pro costs $44.10 a month per driver, billed annually, and allows up to 1000 orders at once.
