In their own words

Airbase

Airbase is procure-to-pay software that combines guided procurement, accounts payable automation, expense management, and corporate cards. It supports invoice inboxes, AI-powered OCR, recurring invoices, payment scheduling, vendor payment tracking, and payments by ACH, check, vendor credit, virtual card, or wire transfer. Teams can set rule-based spending approvals and apply expense policies that block or warn about noncompliant expenses. Accounting functions include general ledger syncing, amortization, automation, and real-time reporting. Physical and virtual corporate cards can have spend limits and receipt controls, and the platform lists cash back. Its iOS and Android apps support spend tracking, approvals, receipt capture, and card controls. Integrations include ERP and general ledger systems, HRIS, single sign-on, Slack, Jira, and Ironclad; an ERP API enables customers or certified partners to build ERP integrations. Airbase lists SOC 1 Type II and SOC 2 Type II compliance, with reports available on request after an NDA. It runs on web, iOS, Android, and API. Pricing is on request; the pricing page does not show Airbase plan prices.

Hurdlr

Hurdlr is an app for self-employed entrepreneurs that tracks income, expenses, mileage, and taxes in real time. It is available on Android, iOS, and the web. The free plan includes unlimited semi-auto mileage tracking, manual finance tracking, real-time tax estimates, and report exports. Premium adds automatic mileage and finance tracking, speed tagging, rules, detailed tax estimates, tax payment tracking, and work hours; it costs $100 a year. Automatic mileage tracking uses drive start and stop detection and is available with Premium or Pro. Pro costs $200 a year and adds invoicing and payment collection, advanced accounting and reporting, and accountant access. Eligible US non-enterprise Pro users can file an annual federal and one-state tax return; Enterprise Pro accounts do not include annual tax filing. Premium and Pro users can connect direct income integrations for Uber, Square, Stripe, and Shopify. Lyft, Airbnb, Amazon Flex, Shipt, and DoorDash lack direct income integrations, though income can be tracked through a linked deposit bank account. The web app supports filtering, sorting, search, bulk deletion, and report viewing.
