REBA Rent
REBA Rent is a multifamily pricing and revenue management platform for property owners, operators, revenue managers, and asset managers. It uses customer data to produce pricing intended to be transparent and explainable. Operators can set pricing strategy and handle special cases while maintaining pricing integrity. The product is designed for lease-ups, concessions, and renovations, and alert-driven workflows highlight revenue opportunities. Its rebaAI feature surfaces insights about trends and areas needing attention in pricing decisions. REBA describes the platform as a versatile API: customers can connect data sources through RESTful APIs or other formats and push data using a programming language of their choice. The integrations page displays logos for Yardi, Entrata, Funnel, Engrain, and other software, but does not specify which are supported by REBA Rent. REBA says it uses industry-standard encryption, regular security audits and risk assessments, and limited access controls supported by employee training. It also says it does not sell personal information to third parties. Pricing is available on request, and the product page invites prospective customers to request a demo.
