In their own words
Lodgix
Lodgix combines vacation rental channel management, guest messaging, automation, direct bookings, and payments in one platform. It connects directly to Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com, and lists Expedia, Google Vacation Rentals, and Marriott Homes & Villas among additional channels. Its AI can draft guest replies, review listing quality, and build automations; automated guest-message sending is off by default. Lodgix lists 20+ integrations, including Stripe, QuickBooks, Twilio, Mailchimp, Zapier, and its MCP Server. Each plan includes the Lodgix Admin and Staylio guest apps, free onboarding and training, and a 30-day trial without a credit card. The optional Property Management add-on provides owner accounting, automated statements, an owner portal, and reservation-level expense and fee tracking. A separate QuickBooks Sync add-on sends guests, invoices, and payments to QuickBooks Online. Its REST API can retrieve and update account information, and its WordPress plugin syncs listings and lets visitors check availability and book. The listed plan for 1–7 properties costs $79.99 per month. Lodgix states that its fee is 1/2% for Airbnb and Vrbo bookings; bookings through a user's own website carry no fee.
