In their own words

Airyware Tuner

Airyware Tuner is a chromatic strobe tuner for string, wind, and some percussion instruments, available on Android, iOS, and Windows. Its tuning views include a true strobe display, linear needle meter, fundamental pitch heatmap, and waveform inspector. Presets cover over 400 instruments and more than 900 alternative tunings. The range spans 10–11000 Hz, or 10 octaves, with accuracy up to 0.1 cent.

The app can reduce ambient noise, calibrate A4 from 300 to 600 Hz or against live sound, and play reference tones from C2 to B4. Custom tuning options include temperaments, sweeteners, stretched tunings, and Railsback curves. The maker describes it as professional software used by musicians and luthiers; its App Store listing also names piano tuners. All features are available during the free trial. Afterward, the app can still be used free with a reminder every thirty seconds and no other restrictions. The Full Version License costs $4.99 as a one-time purchase for a lifetime license. The App Store listing says there are no subscriptions or ads.
