In their own words
Aisera AI Agent Studio
Aisera AI Agent Studio is a paid platform for designing and coordinating enterprise AI agents that act across systems. Agent Composer provides a no-code/low-code canvas, and administrators can describe tasks in natural language to create agents without writing code. Test Mode, KPI and adoption monitoring, audit logs, and guardrails support validation and governance. Workflow Studio includes more than 1,000 pre-built actions; Event Studio starts agents from configured events, and Prompt Studio supports prompt creation, testing, and refinement. Users can set agent personas, voices, and styles and access generated code for deeper customization. Aisera Unify connects third-party agents through A2A or AGNTCY and external tools through MCP. Integrations include ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Google Chat. Deployment spans AWS, Azure, GCP, VPCs, hybrid clouds, and on-premises environments. Pricing requires a demo or customized quote.
Neon AI
Neon AI describes private expert AI systems built with local fine-tuned language models, interactive panels, and human participants. Its collaborative architecture lets human specialists and AI subminds converse in real time, with logic that can be audited and traced. BrainForge turns company documents into a knowledge network and lists Drive, GitHub, Slack, Notion, Dropbox, and SharePoint as sources. Supported content formats include PDF, CSV, Markdown, DOCX, and HTML. Neon says deployments can run on premises or in a private cloud, connect to existing CRMs, helpdesks, APIs, chat systems, and databases, and use long-term semantic memory refined through conversations and analytics. Its examples span internal operations and HR, sales and marketing, product and customer service, and clinical work. A Python SDK is free for non-commercial use under 1000 users; it includes Deep Speech for offline use and Google Speech when online. Neon lists Android, Linux, self-hosted, and web platforms, plus voice and generative AI capabilities. Broader pricing is on request. The company says it began in Bellevue, Washington, in 2000 as an internet research lab and software developer under the name NeonGecko.
