Overview

Aissence links aggregated job discovery and AI match scoring with resume tailoring, application assistance, tracking and interview preparation. That breadth can reduce the need to coordinate separate tools, particularly for candidates moving quickly from finding roles to preparing for interviews. Automated assistance and application tracking extend it beyond interview coaching, though someone who only needs one of those functions may find more product than they need.

The workflow is split across a native Windows or macOS desktop app and a separate Chrome extension. The copilot captures system audio on the device, without a meeting bot or browser extension, while the extension autofills forms on supported ATS sites. That arrangement suits candidates who want live interview help alongside browser-based applications, but requires using distinct tools for those tasks.

Key features

Search, applications and career tools

After job discovery and matching, Aissence supports resume tailoring, application preparation, review, autofill and tracking. Its additional tools include a resume builder, ATS resume checker, cover-letter and experience-letter generators, LinkedIn optimizer, job tracker, skill quiz, career path tool and headshot generator. This is a substantial toolkit for managing a search end to end; the free weekly cap of 10 prepared applications may be restrictive for a high-volume search.

Interview preparation and assistance

Mock, live, phone and online-assessment interviews cover several preparation settings, and a coding interview copilot adds a specialized option. The desktop copilot works alongside Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, phone and dialer screens, as well as other platforms whose audio plays through the computer. Aissence supports 42 languages, regional accents and cultural interview norms, which broadens its use beyond English-language interview practice.

Privacy and model choice

Audio is captured on the device during a session; sessions are not retained as stored recordings, and transcripts are temporary and deleted afterward. Resume and job data are encrypted in transit and at rest, and users can view, export or permanently delete their data from account settings. Users can select among OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek and Groq, or connect their own AI API key so prompts route through an account they control. Those controls will matter to candidates handling sensitive job information, though they do not change the free plan's tool limits.

Pricing

The Free plan is free, billed forever. It allows two mock interviews, one live interview and one phone interview, plus one cover letter and one experience letter per week. It also caps prepared applications at 10 per week, job tracking at 10 and the pipeline at five, and uses a basic AI model. These limits make it a reasonable way to explore the workflow, but a constrained choice for sustained applications or frequent interview practice.

Unlimited – 1 Month costs 29.00 USD per month and renews every 30 days. It includes unlimited interviews, resume tools, cover letters, ATS checks, LinkedIn optimization, auto job applications, job search and tracking, along with the desktop app, model selection and priority email support. This is the clearest paid fit for an active search, especially for candidates who expect to use several tools regularly. Billing or cancellation questions go to support@aissence.ai.

Unlimited – 3 Months costs 593.00 USD per month on a 90-day commitment. It includes everything in the one-month plan and says it provides one month free versus monthly billing, but the stated monthly price makes it far more expensive than the 29.00 USD per month option. At that listed rate, the savings claim does not make it a sensible alternative for a price-conscious buyer.

Lifetime costs 999.00 USD per once as a one-time payment. It includes everything in Unlimited and all future features, with no renewals. That removes recurring billing, but the large upfront cost suits only a buyer confident in a long-term need for the product.

A free trial is available. The free plan's caps are the main trade-off for trying the full workflow without paying; the one-month plan is the more straightforward paid choice for users who need uncapped tools.

Platforms

Aissence is available on Windows and macOS, including Intel and Apple Silicon, as well as the web and a Chrome extension. The native desktop app is required for system-audio interview assistance; the extension separately handles autofill on supported ATS sites. This setup is useful for candidates working across desktop interviews and online applications, but users seeking a single platform for both should account for the split.

Who it's for

Aissence is for job seekers who want one broad workflow for finding roles, tailoring applications, tracking progress and practicing or receiving interview help. Its desktop audio capture, multilingual support and range of interview modes are especially relevant to candidates facing varied interview formats. It is less suited to someone who needs only a resume scan, or to a job seeker whose application pace exceeds the free quotas but who does not want a recurring paid plan.

Pros and cons

Broad search-to-interview workflow: matching, application tools, tracking and interview support can reduce the need to stitch together several specialized tools.
Desktop copilot without a meeting bot: system-audio capture works across named meeting platforms and phone or dialer screens.
Useful privacy controls: session audio is not retained as a stored recording, transcripts are deleted after sessions, and account data can be exported or permanently deleted.
Restrictive free quotas: limited interviews, weekly document and application caps, and small tracking and pipeline limits may interrupt an active search.
Unfavorable three-month price: the stated 593.00 USD per month on a 90-day commitment is difficult to justify beside the 29.00 USD per month one-month plan.

Alternatives

AI Job Search Tools is a category directory for comparing products in this space.

Wobo is another freemium option for mobile and web users; its free plan includes five jobs and up to five applications a day, basic matching and two AI cover letters.

Hyring may suit users looking for a web or Windows tool with a free plan built around 50 monthly credits, one seat and one active job post.

Consider Jobscan if you want a web and extension tool centered on resume building, ATS-friendly templates and limited free resume scans.

Huntr offers a free plan with up to 100 tracked jobs, two job-tailored resumes and two application packets, and is available on mobile, web and extension.

HeroApply is an alternative with a free plan allowing five applications per day and mobile and web access, without 24/7 Autopilot.

Simplify offers a one-week plan for 19.99 USD per month covering resume tailoring, cover letters, application-question responses, networking and job analytics.

AIApply is another alternative for job-specific resume tailoring through a 12.00 USD per month add-on.

Verdict

Aissence is a strong fit for job seekers who want a connected search, application and interview toolkit, particularly those who value desktop interview assistance and multiple preparation modes. The one-month Unlimited plan is the practical choice when the free caps are too restrictive. Look elsewhere if you need only one focused tool, want to avoid subscriptions or are considering the three-month plan at its stated price.
