Aissence is an AI job-search assistant for finding roles, tailoring resumes, preparing applications, and practicing interviews. Its workflow spans job discovery and matching, application autofill and review, tracking, preparation, and real-time interview help. Interview modes include mock, live, phone, online assessment, and coding support. Career tools include a resume builder, ATS checker, cover- and experience-letter generators, LinkedIn optimizer, job tracker, skill quiz, career path tool, and headshot generator.

A native desktop app is available for Windows and macOS, including Intel and Apple Silicon devices. A separate Chrome extension autofills forms on supported ATS sites. The desktop copilot captures system audio and works alongside Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, phone and dialer screens, and other platforms whose audio plays through the computer; it does not require a meeting bot or browser extension for that copilot. Aissence says it supports 42 languages and lists OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, and Groq as AI model providers.
