ReliefMix
ReliefMix is an Android and iOS audio app for making mixes aimed at sleep, relaxation, focus, meditation, and routines. Each mix can combine up to 10 sounds, including music, brainwaves, and affirmations, with separate volume controls. Its library lists more than 350 songs, 7,000 affirmations, and 250 sounds. Users can browse over 60 affirmation categories, generate text with the built-in AI, record their own voice, or import audio. Brainwave choices include binaural, isochronic, and monaural beats, custom frequencies, and Solfeggio frequencies from 174–963Hz. Playback supports a sleep timer, delayed start, background play, and offline use. The app lists 18 free voice effects and six subliminal effects.
