Akada is management software for dance studios, including ballet, hip hop, and multi-discipline performing arts academies. It provides online registration, student profiles, enrollment history, family accounts, and class rosters. Scheduling tools enroll students and identify conflicts among students, instructors, and rooms. Free texting and two-way messaging support announcements and direct messages. Billing covers automated tuition, recurring charges, balance tracking, and secure Stripe payments; the listed processing rate is 3.5% plus $0.30 per transaction.
