In their own words
Akurasense
Akurasense is Akuratemp’s platform for monitoring temperature and tracing shipments, custody, workflow events, and reports. It is intended for operations and QA teams managing cold-chain shipments such as diagnostic samples, therapy shipments, courier routes, and home-care collections. The system logs temperature and chain-of-custody data, then flags conditions against configured thresholds. Teams can record who responded to an exception, what they did, and where and when it happened. Automated trip records collect temperature performance, events, and actions. Akurasense supports mobile and fixed assets including courier totes, passive coolers, refrigerators, and lab fridges. Devices can connect by 4G or Wi-Fi, or provide on-demand Bluetooth data through the Akurasense Connector application. Integrations for sensor suppliers and connectivity environments use APIs and Webhooks. Akuratemp describes the cloud platform as compliant with 21 CFR Part 11. Pricing is on request. A Free plan is listed, but it requires purchase of Akuratemp S.M.A.R.T Shippers.
tempmate Cloud
tempmate Cloud is a web platform for administering and reviewing measurement data from tempmate data loggers, including readings collected during transport. It provides visibility into shipments in transit and stored goods, with alerts that can flag deviations. Depending on the logger, readings may include temperature, humidity, light, shock, tilt, and location. Users can inspect diagrams, tables, and reports, and export data to PDF or CSV. Smart Data Management accepts PDF reports from offline USB loggers as well as data from real-time loggers. Teams can share shipments or selected time periods with colleagues and partners, manage user permissions, and receive email or SMS alarm notifications. A built-in API can connect customer applications and synchronize or export data to other software. The maker states that the infrastructure is hosted in Germany and GDPR-compliant, with role-based permissions and audit-ready activity logs. It also describes support for GxP workflows, tamper-evident records, and audit-ready reporting, referencing Annex 11/15 and 21 CFR Part 11 expectations. Platform terms state 90% overall availability during specified normal business hours. A free cloud platform is listed for registered customers with a tempmate-GS data logger distributed by tempmate; pricing is otherwise on request.
