Overview

FForce brings field scheduling, activity monitoring, and sales review together with engagement and order workflows. That breadth can help teams coordinate work across sales, finance, and fulfillment, rather than treating field reporting as a standalone task. It may be excessive for organizations looking only to track visits or record reports.

Key features

Field operations and reporting

Managers can assign tasks and schedules, manage accounts and contacts, and review performance and customer coverage. Live map tracking, check-in times, visit reports, attendance, travel distance, call logs, and meetings offer a broad view of field activity. Predefined access levels and verification are intended to control access to field-force information.

The report builder supports creating, editing, and deleting custom reports, including online and offline reporting. FSIS adds sales charts and insights on territory achievement, customer trends, product performance, and primary-versus-secondary sales. That mix serves both day-to-day oversight and sales review, though teams should check that its reporting aligns with their own management routines.

Engagement and commercial workflows

The Digital Engagement Platform supports browser-based audio and video calls, screen sharing, and controlled content sharing, and connects with SFA. Email, SMS, and WhatsApp distribution is paired with analytics such as opens and unsubscribes. For medical representatives, eDetailing adds interactive product presentations and real-time promotional information. These capabilities make FForce relevant to teams that need customer communication alongside field coordination.

Expense requests and approvals sit alongside inventory tracking and stock updates when orders are made. The Customer Order Management System connects sales, finance, and fulfillment for order booking, invoicing, and payment workflows. Distribution management extends the operational scope to demand planning, order processing, returns, schemes, revenue management, and credit control. The AI and machine-learning features described include visit recommendations, engagement and sales predictions, automated order booking, and route selection; teams should assess whether they need that wider set of capabilities.

Pricing

FForce is paid, with custom pricing. Prospective customers should request a demo and discuss the scope they need; no seat limits, trial terms, or plan tiers are established. That makes a direct cost comparison difficult, particularly for smaller teams evaluating a focused field-sales tool.

Platforms

FForce supports Android, iOS, and web. The FSIS mobile access description covers Android smartphones and tablets, iPhones, and iPads. COMS stock updates can be accessed over the internet on PCs, laptops, and tablets using Windows, Linux, or Android.

Who it's for

FForce is best suited to organizations coordinating field representatives while also handling customer engagement, inventory, and order or distribution workflows. Its HCP profiles, compliant engagement, territory management, account planning, and field mobile app support a pharmaceutical field-sales use case. Teams that need only basic visit logging or transparent, fixed pricing should consider a narrower alternative.

Pros and cons

Pro: Field scheduling, live location, check-ins, visit reports, and sales analytics cover both activity supervision and performance review.
Pro: Engagement, eDetailing, order processing, and distribution capabilities connect field sales to customer communication and downstream operations.
Con: Custom pricing and the breadth of modules make it harder to judge cost and fit without a sales discussion.
Con: Teams seeking only field reporting may be taking on a wider operational platform than they need.

Verdict

Choose FForce if your organization needs field-force oversight tied to customer engagement, ordering, and distribution, especially in a pharmaceutical sales context. Its main advantage is the breadth of connected workflows; its main drawback is that custom pricing and the wide scope make fit and cost harder to assess without a demo. Look elsewhere if you need a narrowly focused field tracker or a clearly priced entry plan.
