In their own words
AlarmOps
AlarmOps is a cloud-based field service management platform for fire and security companies. It combines job operations, compliance tracking, digital forms, tax integration and customer management. Teams can track jobs from dispatch to completion, including live job status and engineer progress. Engineers can complete job sheets on site using mobile access, and submitted sheets produce branded PDFs. Service contracts can create scheduled jobs on a chosen cadence; SLA tools add per-job countdown timers, automated breach alerts and performance reports by customer or contract.
For compliance, AlarmOps lists 12 pre-built BAFE SP203-1 registers that update when engineers submit job forms. It supports BS 5839 Parts 1 and 6, BAFE SP203-1 Version 8.0.1, and documentation structured for SSAIB and NSI audit requirements. Teams can export registers as audit-ready PDFs and manage version-controlled policies and procedures. Access includes a desktop web dashboard, mobile web and native Android and iOS apps; the iOS app supports offline use. Plans start at £59 a month for Starter, with Professional at £129 a month and Enterprise at £299 a month. A free trial is available, with no credit card required to start.
