Aleph Archives

Aleph Archives preserves websites as searchable, replayable records for organisations that need durable archives. Aleph Vault renders JavaScript and dynamic pages in a full browser, then stores captures in WARC with PDF and PNG versions. Captures can run daily, weekly, monthly, on demand, or after detected site changes. Full-text search covers captures, and replay presents pages as they appeared on the capture date. Export formats include WARC, searchable PDF, MHTML, and Relativity-compatible DAT files. Captured pages receive SHA-512 and RIPEMD-160 hashes, while archives are stored on WORM infrastructure. Customers set retention schedules and can use legal holds and retention exceptions. Deployment is available as cloud-hosted SaaS or enterprise on-premise; dedicated hosting is offered in Switzerland and the EEA, with data kept in the chosen jurisdiction absent explicit consent. LDAP and SAML support enterprise sign-on and user management. Pricing is on request; listed monthly plans are Basic at 19.00 USD, Standard at 39.00 USD, and Pro at 49.00 USD. The company offers a 15-minute demo and additional onboarding for admin and engineering users.

Page Vault Browser

Page Vault Browser captures web content for legal professionals who need to preserve material for legal use. Users visit a site, select capture settings, and the software scrolls through and records the page. It can capture webpages, social media, videos, and documents such as PDFs and Excel files; on supported social platforms, automations can move through profiles, expand comments and replies, and capture videos. Captures include a timestamp, URL, capturing account, and SHA256 hash, and affidavits are available. Page Vault says its patented remote browsing solution keeps the customer outside the chain of custody. Storage and downloads or exports have no limits or extra fees, according to the Browser page. Export options include PDF, ZIP, CSV, HTML source, OCR text, and eDiscovery load file; scheduled capture is also listed. Batch video and bulk capture availability varies by plan. The product runs as an extension, on macOS and Windows, and on the web. Plans require annual pricing and contracts, with listed login allowances differing by plan. Page Vault says it has served the legal industry since 2013 and is based in Miami, Florida.
