EmReach
EmReach is emergency and mass notification software for critical event management and business continuity. It sends alerts to large groups through SMS, WhatsApp, voice, email, mobile apps, and other channels, with two-way feedback and automatic retries. The service runs on web, iOS, Android, and API access, and EmReach says its network connects more than 1,600 carriers across more than 180 countries. Real-time dashboards, automatic groups, geofencing, location tracking, audit logs, reports, templates, and PDF or Excel exports support notification operations. Geo-Intelligence identifies staff at real-time, office, home, or travel locations and alerts people in a defined area. IT Alerting adds routing, omnichannel notifications, live reports, and analytics. Group conferences support 100 participants by default or 250 when expanded. An Information Line delivers recorded or text-to-speech updates in more than 35 languages. Pricing is on request. The service is intended for emergency communication, not routine or promotional messages.
