It answers shopping questions, recommends products, and compares selected items by features, prices, and reviews. Customers can view price history for up to a full year on hundreds of millions of products in Amazon’s store. Scheduled Actions can research products and send notifications or add items to a cart once or on a recurring basis. Other tools include photo-based visual search, package tracking, order-status checks, price alerts, and Auto Buy at a set price. Shop Direct surfaces products from stores across the web; Buy for Me can purchase eligible products using a customer’s primary address and credit card. Shopping context can carry across Amazon’s site and app and several Alexa devices and apps. Alexa+ customers can browse and shop the full Amazon store on Echo Show using voice, touch, or both. Vetted is an AI shopping agent that offers product recommendations, ratings, reviews, and price tracking. It says it analyzes sources including Reddit, CNET, Wirecutter, Tom's Guide, and YouTube to help shoppers assess options and identify potential dealbreakers. Its shopping advice is available for Amazon, Sephora, Google, and Best Buy. The iPhone app supports product discovery, expert and user review summaries, comparisons, alternatives, and shopping questions. Vetted Pro adds Amazon price history and a deal finder; Pro YouTube analysis is listed as coming soon. Vetted has a free plan and a 14-day Pro trial. After the trial, the listed Pro prices are $5.99 a month or $59.99 a year. Platforms listed include Android, iOS, Mac, web, and browser extension. Vetted says it uses security measures but cautions that electronic transmission security cannot be guaranteed. Users can delete their account in settings or by contacting support, and Vetted aims to remove personal information within 30 days.
