In their own words

Aline

Aline turns executed contracts into structured data that Legal and Finance teams can search to track renewals, spend, and risk. It extracts clause-level insights and lets users search and export clauses, amounts, and obligations to Excel. AI reminders surface renewal dates, notice periods, and thresholds before deadlines. The platform also detects relationships among master service agreements, statements of work, and amendments, then rolls up obligations and values across related contracts. Contracts can sync from Google Drive, SharePoint, and Box, or be uploaded directly. Aline Connect lists Salesforce, Slack, Outlook, DocuSign, NetSuite, Coupa, Microsoft Teams, and other tools, with permissions set per tool. Aline says it encrypts data in transit and at rest, is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant, and does not use customer data to train AI models. It runs on AWS in the United States and offers web and API access. Team pricing is $200 a month, billed $24,000 annually; a 21-day trial is listed, and there is no free plan.

Kira detects and categorizes 40 languages, although most built-in fields target English; some also find German, Brazilian Portuguese, and Canadian French, while non-Latin and Asian scripts are not officially supported for built-in fields. The software includes controls governing where AI is applied and can run in the cloud or on premises. Listed integrations include Microsoft 365, Litera Transact, HighQ, and Intralinks.
