Overview

Allclean links customer bookings to scheduling, payments and customer management. Customers can book at any time using dynamic pricing and real-time availability, while the business manages jobs, team availability and time off in one calendar. Automated receipts, invoices and payouts, plus dashboards for revenue, job volume and recurring-client rates, make it more suitable for operators seeking a connected workflow than for those who only need a basic scheduling tool.

Kelly AI adds a phone channel: it answers calls 24/7, quotes from configured prices, checks availability and books into the Allclean calendar. It can also take a deposit or full card payment upfront. That may help residential cleaners capture calls outside office hours, though the included minutes and overage rates make call volume a real cost consideration.

Key features

Online booking: Dynamic pricing, live availability and instant payment let customers complete bookings without waiting for a staff response. This is most useful when a business can keep its availability and pricing configuration current.
Scheduling: A shared calendar for jobs, staff availability and time off gives operators one place to coordinate work. Recurring scheduling is supported, which helps businesses with repeat visits.
Payments and reporting: Allclean handles payments at booking or completion, along with receipts, invoices and payouts. Revenue, job volume and recurring-client rates provide a view of business activity without replacing the need to assess payment costs.
Kelly AI: The receptionist can quote, check availability, book and collect card deposits or full payments, syncing bookings to the calendar to avoid double bookings. Its residential-cleaning focus makes it less directly suited to other cleaning niches.
Referral Engine: One-click referral links, automated SMS or email reminders and reward tracking are offered to beta users. It may be useful for businesses seeking a structured referral process, but it is not a general availability claim.

Pricing

The Free plan costs 0.00 USD per month for up to 3 users and includes all features, with processing fees of 6.9% + 30¢. Additional users cost $40/mo each, and Kelly AI is an add-on. It is a sensible starting point for a small operation willing to accept the higher processing rate; the three-user ceiling and per-user charge make it less attractive as staffing expands.

Kelly Starter costs 99.00 USD per month and includes the Allclean Free plan, the Instant Booking Engine and 50 minutes of Kelly, with overages at $1.99/minute and processing fees of 6.9% + 30¢. It suits a residential cleaner testing phone booking at modest call volume, but the included minutes are limited and overages can add up.

Pro costs 299.00 USD per month for up to 8 users, all features and processing fees of 4.9% + 30¢. Additional users cost $40/mo each, and Kelly AI remains an add-on. It lowers the processing rate and raises the user ceiling over Free, making it a better fit for a growing team that does not need a bundled Kelly allowance.

Kelly Growth costs 499.00 USD per month and includes the Allclean Free plan, 500 Kelly minutes, the Instant Booking Engine and processing fees of 4.9% + 30¢. Overages are $0.99/minute. The larger allowance and lower overage rate suit businesses expecting regular receptionist calls, but it costs more than Pro and includes the Free plan rather than Pro.

Entreprise has custom pricing and includes multiple-location management, all features, custom processing fees, premium support and custom workflows. Enterprise also has custom pricing, combining Allclean Pro and Kelly Growth with multi-location management, all features, custom processing fees, premium support and custom workflows. These are the relevant tiers for multi-location operations needing tailored terms; the feature set, rather than a published price, is the basis for deciding whether to seek a quote. A free trial is offered.

Platforms

Allclean runs on iOS and the web. The platform also offers a cleaner mobile app and a client portal, supporting access for both field staff and customers.

Who it's for

Allclean is best suited to cleaning companies that want online booking, staff scheduling and payment handling in one product. Small teams can start on Free, while businesses with more users or meaningful payment volume may find Pro's lower processing rate more appropriate. Residential cleaning companies that receive calls outside business hours are the strongest match for Kelly; businesses with high call volume should compare its minute allowance and overage terms with their expected usage.

Pros and cons

Pros: Booking, scheduling, payments and customer management work together, reducing the need to manage those workflows separately.
Pros: Kelly can quote, book and take payment by phone while syncing to the calendar, an especially useful combination for residential cleaners.
Pros: The free tier includes all features for up to 3 users, giving small businesses a no-subscription way to start.
Cons: Free and Kelly Starter carry processing fees of 6.9% + 30¢, which can weigh on businesses with substantial payment volume.
Cons: Extra users cost $40/mo each on Free and Pro, so exceeding either plan's included seats raises the monthly bill.
Cons: Kelly's minute limits and overage charges make its cost less predictable for businesses with variable or heavy call demand.

Alternatives

Consider CleanCloud if you need a paid product with a free trial and broader platform coverage, including Android, desktop systems and API access. SweepOS is worth comparing if Android and iOS apps, a free plan, site management, checklists, photo documentation and basic time tracking better match the work.

Launch27 may suit a business prioritizing unlimited users and bookings on its Base plan, priced at 75.00 USD per month, or seeking its 150.00 USD per month Pro plan. Clean Smarts is another paid alternative with a free trial. Cleaners App offers paid plans with annual billing, including Solo at 29.99 USD per month for 1–2 users and Crew at 79.00 USD per month for 3–5 users.

BookingKoala starts at 27.00 USD per month for Starter, with 5 providers or 5 GB and one custom form, so it is worth considering when that scope fits. Clean Scheduler starts at 39.00 USD per month for 2 office seats, 5 field seats, up to 500 active customers and 3 recurring visit rules. Opsycle offers a free web plan capped at 5 clients and 15 jobs per month, with a public booking page and invoice and payment tracking, making it an option for a small operation with light volume.

Verdict

Choose Allclean if you run a cleaning company that wants booking, scheduling and payments connected, especially if you are a residential operator who can make good use of Kelly's phone booking. Its free tier lowers the entry cost, while Pro offers a lower processing rate for a larger team. Look elsewhere if your user count, payment fees or expected Kelly call volume make the plan economics a poor fit.
