In their own words
HOA Messenger
HOA Messenger is software for homeowners-association administration, with tools for resident communication, dues, documents, maintenance and accounting. Managers can send messages individually or by broadcast through push notifications, SMS or email; residents can pay by credit card or ACH bank transfer. Managers can issue vendor work orders and receive updates as jobs are accepted, scheduled and completed. The service stores HOA documents for private resident access and provides a mobile portal and a mobile app for violation tracking. Its Mail feature lets an HOA submit a PDF for printing and mailing through USPS and track the request. The Free plan costs nothing and remains available indefinitely, with unlimited HOAs and residents, co-manager access and 90-day visibility. Premium adds double-entry accounting, budgeting, financial reports, vendor bill pay and a web resident portal; its 30-day trial requires a credit card. Listed prices are $25 a month for Premium, $399 a month for Admin, and $319 a year for Admin Plan.
