The platform correlates performance, inventory, usage, and sentiment signals to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and risks before they become incidents. Business Edition AlmaAI includes predictive analytics, automated problem detection, and recommendations; AlmaIQ is a conversational assistant available through Microsoft Teams or Google Chat. ITAM tracks hardware and software inventory, lifecycles, contracts, warranties, location, depreciation, and license usage. Listed connections include ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira, Cervello, Desk Manager, BI, ERP, ITSM, and other enterprise systems, with REST JSON APIs for integration and automation. The cloud service supports Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android. Essential Edition retains data for 13 months with two months of visibility; Business Edition provides 13 months of both, with AlmaIQ available as an add-on. Pricing is on request.
