AlphaPlan builds optimized school bus routes, supports automated planning and editing, and manages changes through district SIS integration. AlphaView shows live fleet locations and run performance, including on-time data, vehicle and driver availability, stop-level ridership, and route history. Families can use AlphaPortal to request transportation, view student routing information, track buses, and manage notifications. AlphaCom sends transportation messages by SMS, email, and automated phone calls, including delay and route-change alerts. Alphie AI answers plain-language questions about route data, delays, and operational insights.
