Its site audits inspect real pages, extending checks beyond individual image uploads. The service says Google Gemini 2.5 Flash generates context-aware text; it describes its image checks as aligned with WCAG Level A requirements and says output meets WCAG 2.2 standards. Reports can be exported as PDFs and summaries for clients, stakeholders, or content teams. A WordPress plugin can create text when images are uploaded and process existing media-library images in bulk. Users can create API tokens from the dashboard for integrations. Each image uses one credit, subscription credits reset monthly, and unused credits do not roll over. Alt Audit says images are accessed temporarily by URL and discarded after processing, while image URL references and generated alt text are stored. The Free Starter plan includes 25 credits per month. Paid plans start with Starter at $5 a month for 800 credits; Pro is $19 a month for 3,000 credits, and Agency is $49 a month for 8,000 credits and API access.
