It handles inbound and outbound voice, SMS, email, chat, and mobile interactions, with ACD, IVR, and automated dialing. Its workforce engagement tools cover recording, quality monitoring, workforce management, performance, and quality management. Shared real-time and historical reporting serves agents, team leads, and administrators through role-based experiences. APIs support external integrations, including dashboard widgets and CRM systems; documentation describes Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics integrations. Alvaria offers cloud, Virtual Private Cloud, and hosted environments, and says customers can add applications as needs change. Access to Alvaria Cloud View requires Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. A separate workforce mobile app provides access to modules such as schedules and requests. Alvaria positions the product for enterprise contact centers, including regulated outreach, and lists security resources for ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, and SOC 2 Type 2. ProHanceCX

ProHanceCX is web-based, cloud-delivered workforce management software for contact centers. It covers forecasting, scheduling, intraday control, time registration, and real-time capacity planning. Predictive analytics converts historical information into forecasts and allows seasonal adjustments. A scheduling simulator models capacity, including omni-channel scenarios, then supports automatic plans by day, week, or month. The maker says it can plan for up to 15,000 employees in three minutes. Intraday tools provide skill-based planning and gap analysis for training and hiring decisions. Time Registration handles configurable allowances and can submit validated records to payroll systems through different protocols. The real-time monitor combines inbound data with AI predictions for on-the-fly planning. Listed integrations include Jira, Tableau, Asana, SAP, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, DarwinBox, Oracle, and Qlik. ProHance states that deployment can go live within two weeks. It lists SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, ISO 27001, and HIPAA credentials, and says its privacy approach excludes keystrokes, mouse activity, screenshots, images, videos, and application content from collection. Pricing is on request.
