Meta Muse is a personal AI agent for handling tasks, projects, and longer-term goals. It can turn goals into action plans, browse the web, fill out forms, negotiate, answer questions, make purchases, generate images, create documents, set reminders, track goals, and monitor situations in the background. Long-running work can continue after the app closes and return when something changes or approval is needed. Muse remembers conversation details and can make suggestions based on what matters to the user. It connects to email, calendars, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other services, with user-selected access levels; the Mac app can also work with desktop files, apps, and browser tabs. Sensitive actions such as email sending or purchases require approval, and an audit trail records planned and completed actions. Muse runs in a dedicated cloud computer controlled by a separate Sentinel agent. Meta says users can disconnect services, request deletion of learned details, and opt out of model training. The Free plan costs nothing but has a usage limit that refreshes.
