In their own words
Ambient Scribe
Ambient Scribe from Phiniti AI captures clinical conversations and creates draft documentation for clinicians. The maker says it generates structured notes in under 60 seconds, which clinicians can review, edit, and approve. It supports SOAP notes and suggests ICD-10 and CPT codes based on clinical content. PHIN creates clinical note templates from plain-language descriptions and validates them for the EHR. The Clipboard can combine a visit conversation with clinical photos, medication lists, paperwork, and contributions from the care team. Listed integrations include certified Veradigm and TouchWorks connections, plus connectors for Practice Fusion, Medplum, athenahealth, and FHIR-based systems. Supported EHR fields, files, and actions vary by EHR and configuration; the demonstrated workflow is TouchWorks. The maker describes HIPAA-compliant processing, end-to-end encryption, and SOC 2 compliance. Ambient Scribe is presented for clinicians and practices, including primary care and specialty workflows, and is available on Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, web, through an extension, and self-hosted. Pricing starts at $99/mo, with a 30-day integrated trial offered by contacting sales. Plans and AI or voice usage may involve separately scoped or billed arrangements.
OneAdvanced Scribe
OneAdvanced Scribe is a web-based clinical note tool for primary care. It captures GP consultations through a computer microphone or VOIP telephone line, covering in-person, telephone and video appointments. Its AI turns the conversation into structured, editable notes, extracting symptoms, medications and plans for clinician review and sign-off. Scribe integrates with Online GP Consultation (Patchs), and reviewed notes can be sent to an EPR through one-click synchronisation. Without a Patchs licence, clinicians can copy notes manually into a chosen EPR. Vision 3 integration is described as coming soon. The product is identified as a Class I medical device. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, raw audio is deleted after the summary and transcript reach the EPR, and a time-stamped audit log preserves the unedited transcript and clinician edits. OneAdvanced says it may save up to three minutes per consultation. Pricing is on request.
