In their own words

AMCS Fleet Maintenance

AMCS Fleet Maintenance is a cloud-based fleet maintenance system for heavy-duty operations. It manages equipment, employees, shops, resources, work orders, inspections, parts, labor and maintenance costs. Drivers can complete DVIRs, pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and defect reports from mobile devices, while mechanics access work orders and service histories on any device. Preventive maintenance schedules can use distance, operating hours, elapsed time, fuel consumed, or combinations of these measures. Telematics metrics can trigger maintenance, and critical engine faults or diagnostic trouble codes can create alerts and work orders. Digital work orders include approvals, task-level parts and labor, checklists, notifications and inventory adjustments. The system tracks components across unlimited asset types, warranty-related repairs, storeroom inventory and vendor spending, with exports to ERP systems. Dashboards cover compliance, bay utilization, breakdown trends and alerts. It supports Android, iOS, web and API access, with pricing on request.
