In their own words
Amiberry
Amiberry is a free Amiga emulator built on the WinUAE core. It runs on Android, Linux, macOS, and Windows, and supports Amiga models including the A500, A1200, A4000, CD32, and CDTV, as well as listed arcade systems. It supports save states, hardware acceleration, and a wide range of disk image formats, including ADF, HDF, ISO, and CHD. Kickstart is not included. The emulator can launch WHDLoad titles with automatic configuration and offers CRT bezels, built-in shaders, and external GLSL shaders. Its interface can be navigated by mouse or gamepad, and floppy images, hard files, and configuration files can be dragged into it. A custom JIT compiler supports ARM64 and x86-64. The built-in update checker verifies downloads with SHA256. Amiberry is licensed under GPLv3, and the site lists packages or installation options for its supported platforms. The project welcomes bug reports, feature suggestions, and pull requests.
Copperline
Copperline is a free, open-source Amiga emulator for games, demos, and development, available on Linux, macOS, Windows, and in browsers. It models OCS, ECS, and AGA machines with 68000 through 68060 CPUs, plus expansion boards, hard disks, and CD drives. Its Debug workspace puts registers, disassembly, and memory beside the Amiga display, and supports reverse stepping from snapshots. Development features include scripted inputs and captures, repeatable test sessions, headless runs, a JSON-RPC control protocol, and debugging Amiga source code from Visual Studio Code. Rollback netplay supports two players on desktop or in browsers, up to four desktop players with the four-player adapter, and up to eight spectators. A libretro core supports RetroArch, including A500, A1200, and CD32 software, WHDLoad, playlists, save states, four local controller ports, and RetroArch netplay. Copperline includes the AROS Kickstart replacement, though some software needs an original Kickstart ROM. It does not support high-density Amiga floppy images or sector-based PC/CrossDOS images.
