In their own words

Amie

Amie is an AI note taker with AI agents for workday tasks. It creates meeting summaries and action items, and says it can record meetings without a bot joining the call. Recording is described for Zoom, Google Meet, Slack Huddle, and Microsoft Teams. Amie supports 17 languages with speaker labeling and 82 more without it. Its assistant can draft emails, create or update meetings, revise summaries, make mind maps, and create Linear tickets. It combines call action items with to-dos, then uses AI to plan the day and adjust the schedule when plans change. Calendar sync, recurring tasks, and focus sessions are listed. Integrations or exports include Google and Apple Calendar, Gmail, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio, and Linear. Amie is available on iOS, macOS, and Windows. The pricing page offers a 7-day free trial and says yearly billing gets 20% off. The Free plan is free; Pro and Business show a monthly billing option and unlimited calendars, to-do lists, integrations, and meeting notes, but no prices are displayed.

SuperPlanner

SuperPlanner is a visual day planner and task manager for iOS and macOS. It uses time blocking to place activities and tasks on a timeline, with events from calendars already on the device shown alongside planned activities. Activities can have custom repetition rules, different times on different days, notifications, icons and colors. Tasks support priorities, lists, reminders, notes, images, tags and colors, and can be linked to activities or calendar events. A horizontal Day Summary displays current events, overdue items, anytime tasks and what comes next; overdue items can be moved to today, tomorrow, the next weekday or their next occurrence. The Mac app adds a menu bar Command Bar and global shortcut to search tasks, run commands or capture a task from another app. Widgets, Do Next suggestions and Live Activities on the Dynamic Island and Lock Screen are also available. No sign-up is required. The maker says app data is stored locally and in the user’s private iCloud account, while anonymous crash, performance and analytics data is gathered. The free plan has limited features; Pro Monthly is $4.99 a month with a three-day free trial.
