Overview

Voice.ai brings together a Windows voice changer, text-to-speech, online audio tools and an API. It suits people who want to alter a live or recorded voice alongside speech-generation tools; its appeal is breadth, but the clearest product detail is for Windows rather than its other platforms.

The PC app uses deep-learning-based transformation and says it can change a voice in real time. It also supports recorded-audio changing, a user-generated voice library and voice cloning. The PC page says voices repeat speech in the speaker’s language, without naming supported languages.

Key features

Live and recorded voice changing

Voice.ai works with Windows apps that use a microphone, including Discord, Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, Skype and Twitch, as well as games such as Minecraft and Fortnite. Virtual microphone support routes the changed voice into those apps. This makes it a practical fit for calls, streams and games; the documented compatibility is specifically for Windows.

Recorded-audio changing extends the tool beyond live conversation. The audio conversion limit rises with the plan, from five minutes per conversion on Free to 180 minutes on Scale. That difference matters for long recordings: the free tier is better suited to short jobs than extended material.

Voices, speech and API

The PC app has a library of user-generated voices and describes voice cloning. Voice.ai also offers text-to-speech and online audio tools, while its API is aimed at voice agents, voice cloning and speech generation. These make the product more than a live voice filter, though the platform descriptions do not establish that all PC features carry over to mobile, Mac or web.

Submitted user-generated content is associated with the submitting account or email; content submitted for publication becomes public after review. That is worth considering before contributing a voice. Voice.ai says it submits its app to McAfee, Google and Avast for antivirus certification. Its Voice AI Agent page claims SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, PCI Level 1, GDPR and ISO 27001 compliance and SSO support.

Pricing

Voice.ai has a free tier and paid monthly plans. Credits, clone counts, concurrent generation or agent capacity, phone numbers and audio conversion limits vary substantially, so the right plan depends on workload rather than the headline price alone.

Plan	Price	What it includes
Free	0.00 USD per free	5k credits/month, online voice changer, text to speech, audio tools with a 5-minute conversion limit
Starter	5.00 USD per month	15k credits/month, 5 instant voice clones, 5,000 characters per conversion, audio tools with a 10-minute limit per conversion
Launch	12.00 USD per month	First Month Price, 50% OFF, shown alongside $24; 200k credits/month, 10 instant voice clones, 5 concurrent TTS generations, 4 concurrent agent calls, 3 phone numbers, 20-minute audio conversion limit
Core	99.00 USD per month	1M credits/month, 50 instant voice clones, priority support, 10 concurrent TTS generations, 8 concurrent agent calls, 10 phone numbers, 60-minute audio conversion limit
Scale	330.00 USD per month	4M credits/month, 200 instant voice clones, 15 concurrent TTS generations, 16 concurrent agent calls, 20 phone numbers, 180-minute audio conversion limit
Business	880.00 USD per month	22M credits/month, 2,200 voice clones, technical success manager support, 15 concurrent TTS generations, 30 concurrent agent calls, 50 phone numbers
Enterprise	Custom pricing	Custom credits, custom SSO, custom terms and assurance around DPA/SLAs

Free is a useful way to try the voice changer, TTS and audio tools, but its 5k monthly credits and five-minute conversion cap constrain regular or long-form work. Starter is the lowest-cost paid option, adding five instant clones and doubling the conversion ceiling to ten minutes, but it has no stated concurrent TTS or agent-call capacity. Launch is a sharp step up in credits and adds concurrency and phone numbers; its displayed first-month offer sits alongside $24, so buyers should distinguish the introductory price from the amount shown beside it.

Core adds priority support and larger quotas for sustained use. Scale is aimed at heavier volume, with four million credits and a three-hour conversion ceiling. Enterprise uses custom pricing and terms for organizations needing custom credits or SSO.

Platforms

Voice.ai lists Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, web and API support. The Windows PC app has the clearest described use, including named microphone apps and games; the other platforms are listed without equivalent feature detail. Windows users looking specifically for real-time voice changing have the strongest basis for choosing it.

Who it's for

Voice.ai is a good fit for Windows users who want live voice transformation for calls, streams or games and may also need recorded-audio tools, TTS or voice cloning. Its tiered credits and concurrency make the higher plans more relevant to teams building voice-agent or speech-generation workloads. It is less compelling for someone who needs a clearly specified mobile or Mac feature set, or whose long recordings exceed the lower plans’ per-conversion caps.

Pros and cons

Pros: Real-time and recorded-audio changing cover both live and post-production use.
Pros: Named Windows app and game compatibility, plus virtual microphone support, make the live use case concrete.
Pros: Plans scale from free use to millions of credits, larger clone allowances and concurrent agent calls.
Cons: The clearest compatibility and feature descriptions concern Windows, leaving other listed platforms harder to assess.
Cons: Free and Starter cap audio conversions at five and ten minutes respectively, limiting longer recordings.
Cons: The Launch price is presented as a first-month offer alongside $24, so its ongoing price is not as straightforward as the other monthly amounts.

Alternatives

Consider Altered Studio if you want a freemium voice tool with a free trial and support across API, macOS, web and Windows; its free plan provides three minutes a month of voice morphing, 10,000 AI tokens and local voice cloning, with an attribution license and noncommercial use restriction.

Fish Audio is a fit to compare if Linux or self-hosted support matters: its free tier includes 8,000 monthly credits, up to seven minutes of generation and up to 500 characters per generation. For a broader choice of tools, browse AI voice cloning tools, Game Voice Changers, AI voice changers or Text-to-speech tools.

Verdict

Choose Voice.ai if Windows voice changing is the priority and you value having TTS, recorded-audio conversion and an API in the same product family. Its broad plan ladder can serve both individual experimentation and higher-volume agent workloads, but the free and entry tiers impose short conversion limits, and the strongest platform detail is Windows-specific. Look elsewhere if you need equally clear capability detail across mobile or Mac, or if your work routinely exceeds the lower plans’ conversion caps.
