Aurigo Masterworks is a project and contract management system for capital projects, aimed at public-sector agencies and facility owners. Its Documents module stores and manages project files with permissions, versioning, comments, annotations, workflows, search and archiving; documentation says there is no limit on the number or size of uploads. Form Builder creates and publishes custom forms from XML templates with role-based permissions. Workflow Management supports configurable approvals and clearances and integrates with Form Builder. Forms can link to files in Masterworks folders or external storage through a URL. Meeting Scheduler can create Zoom meetings once a user authorizes a Zoom account. GIS settings cover ESRI layers, base maps, authentication and geometry services, and GIS can be enabled in the mobile app. Authentication can use Masterworks login, an external identity provider such as ADFS or Azure Active Directory, or a mixed mode. Administrators can assign roles and configure SMTP notifications and SSL for the SMTP connection. Masterworks is available on web, iOS and Android. Pricing is on request.
