In their own words
AnchorLex
AnchorLex is a web-based docketing tool that processes court-order PDFs and organizes required deadlines for Outlook or Google Calendar. It accepts scanned PDFs and typed case management, trial, and scheduling orders. Its AI identifies anchor dates, works out related deadlines, and flags conflicts. Before calendar sync, users can review and confirm dates, compare documents side by side, and edit dates with one click. Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook can be connected separately or together. AnchorLex is intended for legal administrators, assistants, paralegals, associates, attorneys, and other legal support staff. Its terms limit intended processing to orders from U.S. local, county, state, and federal courts, excluding specialty, administrative, and non-U.S. courts. The terms say training uses Florida state and county court orders, so substantially different formats may be less accurate. The free plan is free, with five orders and one calendar sync; paid plans begin at $49 a month.
LitDocket
LitDocket is legal docketing software that combines rules-based deadline calculations with AI analysis of uploaded documents. It extracts dates, parties, and deadlines for attorney review; AI-generated deadlines must be verified before activation. A trigger event can create more than 50 dependent deadlines, and updates cascade through that chain. The system covers federal rules and state courts in 14 jurisdictions, with citations and calculation methods available for each deadline. A priority-coded calendar, configurable alerts, and a morning dashboard surface urgent and overdue work. Teams can share cases with role-based access and see who is viewing a case; exports are available in CSV, JSON, and iCal. It runs on the web, through an API, or as a self-hosted deployment. The free tier becomes read-only after its 14-day trial if you do not subscribe. Solo costs $49 a month and is capped at 25 active cases; Team costs $149 a month and includes unlimited active cases for up to five members.
