Animaze
Animaze is avatar-based entertainment software for creating and using interactive characters. It supports 2D and 3D avatar workflows, lip sync, hand and full-body tracking, virtual camera use, and recording. Imports include Live2D, VRM, Ready Player Me, and Union Avatars models; the PC Avatar Editor can test imported Live2D or 3D-modeling-tool avatars and export them for Animaze. The service connects with OBS, Streamlabs, Discord, Zoom, Google Meet, Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook Gaming. It is aimed at streamers, YouTubers, VTubers, artists, creatives, and businesses, and an enterprise SDK provides APIs for adding characters to iOS, Android, or PC apps. Animaze has a free plan. Plus is $3.99 a month, billed $47.88/year; Pro is $9.99 a month, billed $119.88/year. Business plans are $499.99 a year and $1,699.99 a year; Enterprise pricing is tailored.
Webcam Motion Capture
Webcam Motion Capture uses a computer or smartphone camera to drive a 3D avatar, with tracking for hands and fingers, head and upper body, facial expressions, eye gaze, blinking, and lip sync. It can send tracking data to VMC-compatible apps, including VSeeFace and game engines using plugins, and can save motion data as FBX for use in Blender, Maya, and 3ds Max. The maker describes pairing it with OBS Studio to record or stream avatar video. It can also receive mocopi motion data and combine it with hand and face tracking. The FAQ lists Windows 10 or later and macOS Catalina or later; the listed platforms are iOS, macOS, and Windows. A free plan is available, but hiding the interface, sending tracking data to external apps, and saving FBX files require a subscription. The maker permits commercial content creation and monetization, while prohibiting resale or redistribution of the app.
