In their own words
Annot8
Annot8 is a web-based feedback tool that attaches comments to webpage elements and combines feedback, live chat, public requests, and analytics in one workspace. Threads can contain screenshots, screen recordings with console errors and failed requests, and voice notes. Installation uses one script tag; the company says the tool works with stacks including React, Next.js, Vue, Svelte, Astro, WordPress, and Webflow. Listed integrations include Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Jira Cloud, Linear, Asana, Trello, GitHub, GitLab, email, and outbound webhooks, but third-party integrations are available on Pro and above. Pro and above also include AI triage, which can categorize and prioritize new threads, check for duplicates, summarize, draft replies, and extract action items. The Agent can inspect reports and a connected repository, create a scoped patch, and open a draft pull request for human review; it does not merge the request. Free includes two projects, three team seats, three guest reviewers, 50 feedback threads per month, 14-day history, and 1 GB storage. Pro costs $8 a month per seat when billed yearly.
ReviewSight
ReviewSight is a web-based visual QA platform for reviewing websites, marking issues, and tracking fixes. Reviewers can draw annotations on live pages, anchor feedback to elements, and view those notes through a real-time AR overlay. Teams collaborate with roles, granular permissions, and guest access. Its analytics dashboard reports resolution rate, average processing time, and annotations by priority. Integrations include Jira, Slack, GitHub, GitLab, Linear, configurable webhooks, and a REST API. Password-protected sites can use Basic, Bearer, Cookie, or Custom Header authentication. ReviewSight says it uses AES-256 encryption, JWT authentication, and GDPR compliance; documentation places data in France with OVHcloud. No client-side installation or embedded script is required. A 14-day trial needs no credit card and is limited to one project, one session, and one collaborator. Paid plans start at €9.99 a month.
