Overview

Anymail Finder finds and verifies professional email addresses for people and companies. It is best suited to teams that need prospecting across several search workflows or in bulk; its pay-for-verified-results model is appealing, though credit costs and shared-database privacy deserve attention.

Search by name, domain, company, decision-maker role or LinkedIn URL, or upload a CSV or Excel file with up to 100,000 rows. A lookup that returns no verified email is free. For broader comparisons, see Email Finder Software and B2B Contact Data Providers.

Key features

Finding and verifying addresses

Live verification before billing is a useful distinction: users pay credits for successful results rather than every attempted search. The maker reports that a benchmark of 5,000 B2B contacts across 14 tools found verified emails for 86.4% of contacts at 98.9% accuracy. That result provides a stated benchmark, not a guarantee for any particular list.

Credit use varies by task: a verified person or company email costs one credit, a verified decision-maker email costs two, and verification alone costs 0.2 credits per email. Role-based prospecting therefore consumes credits faster than ordinary lookups, so teams should estimate usage by workflow rather than count contacts alone.

Bulk, API and integrations

Bulk uploads of up to 100,000 rows suit teams processing sizeable lists without breaking them into smaller files. The REST API supports synchronous individual searches and bulk jobs delivered by webhook; the maker states no rate limits. Google Sheets, MCP clients including Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, Zapier, Make, n8n and Clay integrations extend the service into existing workflows.

The Chrome extension finds verified addresses while browsing and draws from the same account credit pool as the web app and API. That keeps usage in one place, but means extension activity competes with other searches for the same credits.

Privacy and security

Verified business contact information may be retained in a shared database and returned to other customers. Customer lists, search history and search inputs are not made available to other customers as such, but organizations handling sensitive contact data should still weigh the shared-database policy before uploading it.

The maker describes HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit and at rest, internal access controls and multi-factor authentication, security audits, vulnerability assessments and infrastructure monitoring. Hosting is split between Amazon Web Services in the United States and Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany.

Pricing

The entry subscription is 29.00 USD per month for 400 credits per month, with unlimited team members sharing the pool. This is a manageable starting point for smaller teams, but the shared quota can run down quickly when decision-maker searches cost twice as much as standard lookups.

Monthly plans scale from 49.00 USD per month for 1k credits, 89.00 USD per month for 2k, 149.00 USD per month for 5k, 199.00 USD per month for 10k, 299.00 USD per month for 25k, 499.00 USD per month for 50k, and 799.00 USD per month for 100k. Larger monthly tiers lower the stated per-credit cost, making them a better fit for sustained, high-volume prospecting than for occasional use.

Annual options are 348.00 USD per year for 4.8k credits and 588.00 USD per year for 12k credits. The former is stated to save $120, and the latter $204; annual billing suits teams prepared to commit for a year in exchange for a lower stated per-credit cost.

Subscription credits roll over while the subscription remains active, then expire at the end of the billing period after cancellation. One-time credit packs are valid for 12 months.

Platforms

Anymail Finder runs on the web, through a Chrome extension and via API. That combination suits teams ranging from browser-based individual prospecting to automated application workflows. API access includes individual searches and webhook-delivered bulk jobs.

Who it's for

Sales and RevOps teams can use its varied search inputs and bulk uploads to build or enrich prospect lists. Recruiters, agencies and founders may benefit from role-based and company searches, while developers and data teams have the API and integrations for connecting lookups to other systems. It is less compelling for organizations unwilling to have verified business contacts retained in a shared database, or for light users who would leave a large monthly credit pool unused.

Pros and cons

Pay only for verified results: searches without a verified email are free, reducing the cost of unsuccessful lookups.
Several search routes and large uploads: names, domains, companies, roles and LinkedIn URLs are supported, with files up to 100,000 rows.
Shared team pool without per-seat charges: unlimited team members can draw on one subscription quota.
Credit accounting needs care: decision-maker searches cost two credits, and separate verification costs 0.2 credits per address.
Shared-database retention: verified business contacts may be returned to other customers, a material consideration for data-sensitive teams.
Unused subscription credits have a boundary: rollover applies only while subscribed, and credits expire at the billing period's end after cancellation.

Alternatives

Snov.io is worth comparing for teams that want a trial with 50 credits, 100 recipients and an email warm-up slot; its Starter plan is 39.00 USD per month.

Datagma is a candidate for those who want a free plan with 90 emails and three phone numbers per month, API access and WhatsApp integration.

Hunter may fit teams seeking a free plan with 50 monthly credits, basic Discover filters and one connected email account.

Kaspr offers a free per-user allowance including 15 B2B email credits, five phone credits and five direct email credits per month.

Verdict

Anymail Finder is a strong fit for sales, recruiting and data teams that need multiple ways to find professional contacts, bulk processing and API access, especially when avoiding charges for failed searches matters. Its shared team credits and rollover while subscribed are practical advantages. Look elsewhere if shared-database retention is unacceptable, or if your expected usage is too small to justify a recurring credit subscription.
